funds in the Select Street Construction, Federal Grant -Indirect revenue account <br />and reappropriating the same amount in Fiscal Year 2019-20 Select Street <br />Construction, Improvements Other Than Building expenditure account. <br />2. Authorize reallocation of $18,000 in unspent Measure M2 Local Fairshare funds <br />from the Bike Lane Development Project (No. 19-6904) to the Hazard Avenue <br />Protected and Class II Bike Lanes Project (No. 18-6903), to fulfill the City <br />matching funds requirement. <br />3. Award a construction contract to HYM Engineering, Inc., the lowest responsible <br />bidder, in accordance with the base bid in the amount of $882,919, for <br />construction of Hazard Avenue Bike Lanes Project, for the term beginning on <br />May 5, 2020 and ending upon project completion, and authorize the City <br />Manager to execute the contract subject to non -substantive changes approved <br />by the City Manager and the City Attorney <br />4. Approve the Project Cost Analysis for a total estimated construction delivery cost <br />of $1,081,000, which includes $882,919 for the construction contract; $109,741 <br />for contract administration, inspection and testing; and a $88,340 project <br />contingency for unanticipated or unforeseen work <br />20C. APPROVE AN APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT AND APPROVE A <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE PART-TIME CIVIL SERVICE <br />EMPLOYEES' UNIT, SERVICE EMPLOYEES INTERNATIONAL UNION LOCAL 721 <br />(SEIU) (GENERAL FUND AND OTHER FUNDS) - Human Resources Department <br />Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative votes). <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2020-174 - Transferring $10,980 from <br />General Fund Non -Departmental into the appropriate General Fund Accounting <br />Units. <br />2.
