APPROVE APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENTS RECOGNIZING WORKFORCE <br />INNOVATION AND OPPORTUNITY ACT (WIOA) 25% DISLOCATED WORKER <br />FUNDS AND NATIONAL DISLOCATED WORKER GRANT, EMPLOYMENT <br />RECOVERY FUNDS TO PROVIDE EMPLOYMENT, TRAINING AND SUPPORT <br />SERVICES TO COVID-19 IMPACTED INDIVIDUALS (NOT TO EXCEED <br />$535,000) (NON-GENERAL FUND) – Community Development Agency <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: <br /> <br />1. Adopt a plan for the allocation and implementation of $535,000 in federal and <br />state funding to respond to the coronavirus (“COVID-19”) pandemic including <br />$360,000 in 25% Dislocated Worker funds and an estimated $175,000 in COVID- <br />19 National Dislocated Worker Grant, Employment Recovery funds. <br /> <br />2. Approve an appropriation adjustment.
