He does not <br />ethically and rightfully have the power to have included in the Council agenda on this item <br />correspondence which accuses and falsely names Santa Ana citizens of unsubstantiated crimes - <br />specifically removing campaign signs. Solorio could have contacted me and I would have informed him <br />and provided proof that I was out of town for the entire weekend that the alleged incident occurred. <br />The Council can certainly discuss the issue of removal of campaign signs and include the letter alleging so <br />- but to include the names of Santa Ana citizens based on a video, which shows a person who is clearly <br />not me, is a political dirty trick and breach of the Santa Ana Code of Ethics and Conduct and an Abuse <br />of Power. <br />Mike Tardif <br />Santa Ana <br />
