I understand as City Council members you have an obligation to protect the health of residents, but you also <br />have an obligation to follow through with federal laws and statues. An outright moratorium may not be <br />politically possible, but with enough courage, I believe the council can pass these most basic zoning safeguards. <br />Once again I ask that you join the brave public servants across the country who are taking a stand in protecting <br />their residents from this untested technology and its rapid deployment.
