PURPOSE <br />The purpose of this Contract is to provide services that support federally funded services offered <br />through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and by the Orange County <br />Development Board (OCDB) and its Subrecipients for Professional Consulting Services in the <br />Orange County Region. <br />2. SERVICES <br />Regional Planning and Implementation — Collaborate with the OCDB in establishing and <br />facilitating regional goals and objectives; developing regional strategies, policies and programs as <br />part of regional planning and infrastructure development; focus on targeted populations, <br />communities and/or WIOA activities as a key partner in the state identified Regional Planning Unit. <br />Subrecipient may be called upon to serve one or more or a combination of One -Stop Centers, <br />Business Services, and Youth programs, Special Workforce Development Projects, and other <br />projects and programs to support regional workforce development as funding allows. <br />A. Subrecipient will be provided access to the Project Manager who will assist with the <br />scheduling and information needed to complete the required deliverables for said services <br />and projects pertaining to the Orange County Regional Planning Unit. <br />B. Monitoring and Evaluation Services will also be available, if needed. <br />3. DELIVERABLES <br />A. Subrecipient will be called upon to provide at minimum but not limited to the following <br />services on an as -needed basis: <br />i. Regional Organizers/Regional Training Coordinators ROIRTC) <br />a. Responsible to help meet the deliverables in the Scope of Services provided <br />by the State. <br />B. Invoices are due on the 20' of each month for previous month's expenditures in accordance <br />with the OC Community Resources Contract Reimbursement Policy attached herein as <br />Exhibit 5 of this Contract. <br />County of Orange Page I of 2 City of Santa Ana <br />OC Community Resources Contract No.19-28-0070-RWS <br />
