City of Santa Ana <br />Grant Agreement No. 19-098 <br />Page 3 <br />TERM OF AGREEMENT <br />Thus agreement shall take effect when signed by both parties and received in the offices of the <br />Conservancy together with the resolution described in the "CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO <br />CONSTRUCTION AND DISBURSEMENT" section of this agreement. Ali authorized <br />representative of the grantee shall sign the First page of the originals of this agreement in ink. <br />This agreement shall run :from its effective date through February 28, 2043 ("tile termination <br />elate") unless otherwise terminated or amended as provided in this agreement. However, all <br />work shall be completed by February 28, 2023 ("the completion date"). <br />The grantee shall deliver a final Request for Disbursement to the Conservancy no later than <br />March 31, 2023. <br />AUTHORIZATION <br />The signature of the Executive Officer of the Conservancy on this agreement certifies that at its <br />October 17, 2019 meeting, the Conservancy adopted the resolution included in the staff <br />recommendation attached as Exhibit 2. This agreement is executed under that authorization. <br />
