As you may know, <br />Shamrock Supply Company, Inc. has been serving the industrial supply requirements of <br />businesses throughout Southern California for over thirty-five years, and has established itself <br />as an innovative and agile distributor of a broad range of industrial products and services. We <br />believe that our success has resulted in large part from the people -centered approach that we <br />have taken in developing focused and responsive supply chain solutions for our customers, and <br />we look forward to the continued development of our sourcing partnership. <br />In response to your request, we have detailed aspects of our VMI programs, incorporating City <br />of Santa Ana requirements described in the RFP and recommendations for continuous <br />improvement that we have observed/developed, based upon our current support of Central <br />Stores, including significantly information regarding our OptiCribTM solution — a powerful, new <br />high-tech tool for managing B2B durable and consumable materials delivery in a 'frictionless' <br />storeroom or warehouse environment — no attendants required. The system leverages artificial <br />intelligence and high -definition optical sensors combined with precise weight -sensing <br />technology to automate intelligence into on -the -shelf inventory levels, providing an accurate and <br />continuously -available (24/7), total -accountability solution for efficient inventory management, <br />with the City of Santa Ana pilot installation scheduled for late April/early May, 2020. It is our <br />intention that these program details might structure our continued collaboration in designing and <br />implementing successful and cost-effective supply chain solutions. Certainly, these details can <br />be further refined to meet any additional requirements you may have. <br />25D-14 <br />
