Approve Municipal Facilities License Agreements <br />June 2, 2020 <br />Page 2 <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #3 - Economic Development, <br />Objective #3 (promote a solutions -based customer focus in all efforts to facilitate development and <br />investment in the community), Strategy C (explore opportunities to encourage a business friendly <br />environment within the city). <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />With the approval of these two Municipal Facilities License Agreements, the Public Works Agency <br />will have entered into a total of three such agreements. Anticipated combined revenues for the <br />three agreements, in the amount of $50,000, were recognized during the March 17, 2020 City <br />Council meeting in Public Works Revenues, Small Cell Application Fee for City Facilities revenue <br />account (no. 01117002-53740) and appropriated into the Public Works City Facilities License <br />Agreement, Contract Services — Professional expenditure account (no. 01117605-62300) for <br />expenditure in Fiscal Year 2019-20. <br />NS:yv <br />Exhibits: 1.
