All members of the <br />City Council, other than the mayor, shall be eligible to serve as mayor pro tem regardless of their <br />seniority or whether they previously served a term or terms as mayor pro tem. The mayor pro tem from <br />the previous year cannot be selected as mayor pro tem the next year.
