Public Hearing: PLHA Plan <br />June 2, 2020 <br />Page 2 <br />adopted by resolution by the City Council. The City must also show that the public had adequate <br />opportunity to review and comment on its content. The PLHA Plan was advertised on May 18, 2020 <br />in the Orange County Register and on May 21, 2020 in Miniondas. It was also posted on the City's <br />website. The Plan is attached as Exhibit 1. The public comment period runs from May 18, 2020 <br />through June 4, 2020. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Activities covered by this Plan allow the City to meet Goal #1 - Community Safety, Objective # 6 <br />(enhance Public Safety Integration, communication and community outreach); goal # 5- <br />Community Health, Livability, Engagement & Sustainability, Objective # 4 (support neighborhood <br />vitality and livability) and Objective # 6 (focus projects and programs on improving the health and <br />wellness of all residents). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. Upon award and receipt of the PLHA funding, <br />an appropriation adjustment will be agendized for City Council consideration at a future meeting <br />to recognize the funds. <br />Exhibits: 1.
