Gutierrez <br />WALKER March 12, zozo <br />CONSULTANTS Paget <br />Schedules for on call services will be determined as each service is requested by The City of Santa Ana. <br />PROFESSIONAL FEE <br />37-8605.00, Parking Operator RFP: We propose completing the remaining Scope of Services for a lump sum fee <br />of $20,000, exclusive of typical project related expenses. <br />37-8605.01, Functional Design Review: We propose providing the functional design review of three subject <br />surface parking lots for a lump sum fee of $11,500, exclusive of typical project related expenses. <br />37-8605.02, On -Call: On -Call services will be provided, as authorized, according to the attached 2020 basic billing <br />rate schedule. <br />We propose providing the Scope of Services for this project in accordance with the attached General Conditions <br />of Agreement. Any work performed beyond the parameters detailed in the proposed scope of work, such as <br />requested on -call services, will be performed upon receiving additional written authorization from the City. <br />Reimbursable expenses will be billed at 1.15 times the cost of travel and living expenses, purchase or rental of <br />specialized equipment, photographs and renderings, document reproduction, postage and delivery costs, long <br />distance telephone and facsimile charges, additional service consultants, and other project related expenses. <br />Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If any part of this agreement does not meet your needs, please let us know <br />and we will work to provide a proposal that does so.
