25E. APPROVE THE POLYFLUOROALKL SUBSTANCES (PFAS) TREATMENT <br />FACILITIES AND PROGRAM AGREEMENT WITH ORANGE COUNTY WATER <br />DISTRICT (NON -GENERAL FUND ) — Public Works Agency <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager to execute the PFAS Treatment Facilities <br />and Program Agreement with the Orange County Water District, subject to non - <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney for the <br />term beginning upon execution of the agreement by the Orange County Water <br />District and ending 30 years thereafter, with the total agreement amount to be <br />determined based on the number of PFAS treatment facilities built or in operation <br />within the City, or until water produced from impacted wells meets water quality <br />standards, during the 30-year term of the agreement. (Agreement No. A-2020- <br />XXX). <br />Councilmember Solorio recorded a no vote on item 25E. <br />This consent Item was approved - Agreement No. 2020-103 <br />25F. APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO INCREASE THE AGREEMENT WITH WM <br />CURBSIDE BY $25,000 AND EXTEND TERM; APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO <br />EXTEND AGREEMENT TERM WITH WELLDYNERX FOR HAZARDOUS <br />WASTE COLLECTION SERVICES (NON -GENERAL FUND) - Public Works <br />Agency <br />Authorize the City Manager to amend the agreement with WM Curbside, LLC, <br />for residential universal waste collection by extending the term of the <br />agreement from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2022, and increasing the funding <br />allocation by an amount not to exceed $25,000, for a new contract amount of <br />$90,000, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager <br />and City Attorney (Agreement No. A-2020-XXX). <br />2. Authorize the City Manager to amend the agreement with WM Curbside, LLC, <br />for battery recycling by extending the term of the agreement from June 30, <br />2021 to June 30, 2022, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the <br />City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. A-2020-XXX). <br />3.
