The sole Proposal was evaluated based <br />on experience and qualifications, level of service, and reasonableness of cost. The offer provided <br />from the recommended vendor received passing scores that meet or exceed the evaluation criteria. <br />Casa de la Familia is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that has been providing counseling <br />services to victims of psychological trauma for over 20 years.
