Adopt a resolution to approve the Five Year Plan and Annual Plan and <br />authorize the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to submit the Five <br />Year Plan and Annual Plan to the United States Department of Housing and <br />Urban Development. <br />Chair Pulido opened the public hearing at 9:04 p.m. <br />Public Comment <br />Carl Benninger thanked the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council for <br />facilitating teleconference meetings. Announced that there will be an online <br />candidate forum to be held on April 22, 2020 as it relates to the Special Municipal <br />Election that is being held on May 19, 2020. He advised church assistance to <br />promote the Census and expressed the importance of having a succession plan <br />in place. <br />Nathaniel Greenside spoke regarding a rent freeze during the COVID-19 <br />pandemic. <br />Seeing no one else wishing to speak, Chair Pulido closed the public hearing at <br />9:10 P.M. <br />Motion to Approve <br />1. Conduct a public hearing in consideration of the approval and submission of the <br />Housing Authority Five Year Plan and Annual Plan to the United States Department <br />of Housing and Urban Development. <br />2.
