We need to reinvest money into the <br />communities. The City of Santa Ana should NOT increase public safety spending but rather cut the Police <br />Departments budget in half. <br />Agenda item 75A. <br />Thank you, <br />Cecilia Rivas <br />Secondly, the City of Santa Ana needs to establish a strong Civilian Police Oversight Commission with <br />subpoena, investigatory and disciplinary action. <br />Agenda item 85A. <br />
