Areas of specialization include compliance monitoring (prevailing wage/labor <br />standards, affordable housing, grant programs, subrecipients), audit preparation, CDBG and HOME <br />technical assistance, policy and procedure development and the implementation of housing <br />programs including all phases of acquisition, rehabilitation and/or development, resale or rental. <br />As a HOME Program Certified Specialist, provides technical assistance to HUD grantees through the <br />HUD OneCPD Technical Assistance program on all phases of program planning, grants management, <br />program design, implementation, monitoring and reporting. Provides technical assistance to grantees <br />as a reviewer for HUDs CDBG and HOME program Ask a Question (AAQ) teams. <br />L.A. Monitored and provided contract compliance oversight to 63 <br />contracts worth approximately $49.3 million. Developed and reviewed interagency agreements, RFPs <br />and bid documents.
