Fiscal Year 2020-2021 <br />Miscellaneous Fee Resolution <br />June 16, 2020 <br />Page 2 <br />Of the one hundred and forty-five fees being recommended for removal one hundred eighteen are <br />remnant "pipeline" fees from previous fees schedule that existed prior to the fee study/update in <br />2009. These "pipeline" fees applied to projects that were in development at the time of the fee <br />study; fees no longer apply to any current or new project. After City Council adoption, all proposed <br />fee changes become effective July 1, 2020. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The FY 2020-2021 General Fund and Non -General Fund revenue estimates include any new and <br />increased fees outlined in the proposed fee schedule. <br />Exhibits: 1.
