APPROVE SECOND AGREEMENT FOR PARKING CONSULTING SERVICES <br />WITH WALKER CONSULTANTS FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $34,650 <br />(NON -GENERAL FUND ) — Finance and Management Services Agency and <br />Community Development Agency <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager to execute a second agreement with <br />Walker Consultants to complete the development of a parking operator Request <br />for Proposal, functional design analysis, and on -call services as needed for one <br />(1) year beginning July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021 in an amount not to exceed <br />$34,650 that includes a contingency of $3,150 subject to non -substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. A-2020-XXX). <br />This consent Item - Agreement No. 2020-116 was approved. <br />25F.
