Make code enforcement proactive with some limits. For example if you have <br />one house that has weeds an operative vehicle and needs to painted The homes across the street and next <br />door on both sides should be required to have their homes in good condition as well, this way no one feels <br />singled out. A good example is driving down Fairview between MacArthur and Civic Center the homes there <br />look horrendous. You would think that the officer assigned to this area has blinders on.
