Working Wardrobes - $550,000 <br />To provide workforce readiness, recruitment, intake, assessment, service planning, <br />workshops, customer service training, case management, individual career planning, <br />resume assistance, job development, retention, job club, communication techniques, <br />supportive services, and job training for 105 unemployed people with barriers to <br />employment; <br />b. Charitable Ventures of Orange County dba Project Kinship - $850,000 <br />To provide career planning, work readiness skill -building, training, and certifications; job <br />development, intensive case management, and peer mentoring; education enrollment and <br />retention; civic opportunities and leadership development, and incentives, training stipends, <br />paid work experience, and other supportive services for 95 unemployed people with barriers <br />to employment. <br />c. City of Anaheim — Workforce Connection - $900,000 <br />To provide occupational skills training in high growth industries, work based training, job <br />preparation, paid work experience, assessment, career planning, job development, <br />mentoring, counseling, job retention and supportive services, for 90 unemployed people with <br />barriers to employment. <br />25E-1 <br />
