Affirm the subrecipient agreement executed by the City Manager from the County of Orange for <br />Coronavirus Relief Funds for economic support to be provided by the City to small businesses <br />during the period of March 1, 2020 through December 30, 2020 in an amount not to exceed <br />$904,200. <br />2. Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing CARES Act Coronavirus Relief Funds from the <br />County of Orange for economic support to small businesses in connection with the COVID-19 <br />public health emergency in the amount of $904,200 in revenue account (no. 17318002-52001) <br />and appropriating the same amount to expenditure account (nos. 17318810-various). <br />3. Affirm the subrecipient agreement executed by the City Manager from the County of Orange for <br />Coronavirus Relief Funds for COVID-19 eligible expenditures during the period of March 1, 2020 <br />through December 30, 2020 in an amount not to exceed $2,936,473. <br />4. Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing CARES Act Coronavirus Relief Funds from the <br />County of Orange for reimbursements to the City for expenses incurred during the COVID-19 <br />public health emergency in the amount of $2,936,476 in revenue account (no. 17410002-52001) <br />and appropriating the same amount to expenditure account (no. 17410100- various). <br />DISCUSSION <br />On May 19, 2020 the Orange County Board of Supervisors authorized the distribution of $101 million <br />in funds received from the federal CARES Act Coronavirus Relief Fund; $75 million for economic <br />20A-1 <br />
