The State wide <br />mandate on ordinances is fairly new and I don't believe the City's fee structure has been updated to reflect the <br />type of work that would be done in a conversion of a garage versus doing plan checks in a normal house <br />remodel. Please consider reducing the fees by 50% and have staff determine whether it drives more <br />applications.
