LS 6.16.20 <br />titles, qualifications, powers, duties, or compensation of officers or employees of <br />the City, which has been previously approved by resolution or order of the City Council <br />and which is currently on file with the Executive Director of Human Resources, is <br />incorporated herein and is hereby approved.
