The obligation of two (2) or more parties shall bejoint and several. <br />(d) This Guaranty may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which when <br />executed and delivered shall be an original, but all such counterparts shall constitute one <br />and the same Guaranty. Any signature page of this Guaranty may be detached from any <br />counterpart without impairing the legal effect of any signatures thereon, and may be <br />attached to another counterpart, identical in form thereto, but having attached to it one or <br />more additional signature pages. In order to expedite the transaction contemplated herein, <br />facsimile or electronic signatures may be used in place of original signatures on this <br />Guaranty.
