Flag poles. <br />Work on private property, as requested by Project Manager and/or his/her designee, may require a <br />Consent form signed by the owner. If required, the Contractor shall obtain the signature of the <br />property owner on the consent form prior to beginning work. When required, original consent forms <br />shall be returned to the Project Manager and/or his designee on a weekly basis and are the property <br />of the City. Consent forms will be provided at the time they are needed, if and when required. The <br />Project Manager and/or his/her designee are the only authorized Requestors for work to be <br />completed on private property. <br />d. City Parks and Marinas <br />At the City's discretion, if funded and approved, Proposer will remove graffiti in the <br />Parks not visible from the right -or -way, including, but not limited to: <br />i. Restrooms — Interior and Exterior; <br />ii. Park Exterior Facilities (snack bars, storage closets, recreation buildings); <br />iii. Concrete structures (i.e. sidewalks, paths, bridges, trails); <br />iv. Bike Paths; <br />v. Walking Paths; <br />vi. Bleachers; <br />vii. Baseball/Softball Diamonds; <br />viii. Trash receptacles; <br />ix. Rocks; <br />x. Doors; <br />A. Fences: <br />xii. Windows; <br />xiii. Utility boxes and covers; <br />xiv. Signs (poles and back of); <br />xv. Playground equipment; <br />xvi. Benches, and; <br />xvii. Park Trees <br />The above work will be priced separately from Pricing Section Grand Total Price in <br />Exhibit 1. <br />e. Unless notified otherwise by the Project Manager and/or his/her designee, graffiti shall <br />be removed so no trace of the pre-existing graffiti remains. <br />f.
