The parties entered into Agreement No. N-2019-172 dated October 1, 2019 to provide for the <br />purchase and installation of retrofit LED lighting at the Eddie West Stadium through On Board <br />Financing ("OBF") with Southern California Edison ("Agreemenf'). <br />B. The consultant has been unable to obtain the necessary parts and materials due to COVID-19. <br />The parties therefore agree to amend the Agreement to extend the termination date from <br />September 30, 2020 to December 31, 2020 to allow additional time to complete the services. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1. Section 3, TERM, is amended to extend the termination date from September 30, 2020 to December <br />31, 2020. <br />2.
