However, "mobile equipment" does not <br />include any land vehicle that is subject <br />to a compulsory or financial <br />responsibility law, or other motor vehicle <br />insurance law, where it is licensed or <br />principally garaged. Such land vehicles <br />are considered "autos". 20 <br />17. "Occurrence" means: <br />a An accident, including continuous or <br />repeated exposure to substantially the <br />same general harmful conditions; or <br />III. An act or omission committed in <br />providing or falling to provide first <br />aid or "Good Samaritan services" to <br />a person, unless you are in the <br />business or occupation of providing <br />professional health care services. <br />18. "Personal and advertising injury" means <br />"Personal injury" or "advertising injury". <br />19. "Personal Injury": <br />S. Means Injury, other than "advertising <br />injury", caused by one or more of <br />the following offenses: <br />(1) False arrest, detention or <br />imprisonment; <br />(2) Malicious prosecution; <br />(3) The wrongful eviction from, <br />wrongful entry into, or invasion of <br />the right of private occupancy of <br />a room, dwelling or premises that <br />a person occupies, provided that <br />the wrongful eviction, wrongful <br />entry or invasion of the right of <br />private occupancy is committed <br />by or on behalf of the owner, <br />landlord or lessor of that room, <br />dwelling or premises; <br />(4) Oral or written publication, <br />including publication by electronic <br />means, of material that slanders <br />or libels a person or organization <br />or disparages a person's or <br />organization's goods, products or <br />services, provided that the claim <br />is made or the "suit" is brought <br />by a person or organization that <br />claims to have been slandered or <br />libeled, or that claims to have had <br />its goods, products or services <br />disparaged; or <br />(5) <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY <br />(b) Unreasonably places a person <br />in a false light. <br />b. Includes "bodily injury" caused by <br />one or more of the offenses <br />described in Paragraph a. above. <br />"Pollutants" mean any solid, liquid, <br />gaseous or thermal irritant or <br />contaminant, including smoke, vapor, <br />soot, fumes, acids, alkalis, chemicals and <br />waste. Waste includes materials to be <br />recycled, reconditioned or reclaimed. <br />21. "Premises damage" means: <br />a With respect to the first paragraph of <br />the exceptions in Exclusion I. of <br />Section I - Coverage A - Bodily <br />Injury And Property Damage Liability, <br />"property damage" to any premises <br />while rented to you for a period of <br />seven or fewer consecutive days, <br />including the contents of such <br />premises; or <br />If.
