CYBERFIRST <br />the collection or use of "identity <br />information"; <br />d Prohibits or restricts the disclosing, <br />sharing or selling of "identity <br />information"; <br />e. Requires the correction of incomplete <br />or inaccurate "identity information" <br />after such request is made to you; or <br />f. Mandates procedures and require- <br />ments to prevent the loss of <br />"identity information". <br />6. "Network and information security <br />wrongful act" means any of the <br />following committed by or on behalf of <br />an insured in the conduct of your <br />business: <br />a Failure to prevent the transmission of <br />a "computer virus". <br />b. Failure to provide any "authorized <br />user" of your web -site or "your <br />computer or communications net- <br />work" with access to such web -site <br />or such computer or com-munications <br />network. <br />C. Failure to prevent unauthorized access <br />to, or use of, data containing private <br />or confidential information of others, <br />including such data which is stored, <br />maintained or processed on an <br />insured's behalf pursuant to a written <br />contract or agreement. <br />d. Failure to provide notification of any <br />actual or potential unauthorized <br />access to, or use of, data containing <br />private or confidential Information of <br />others as required by any "security <br />breach notification law" that applies <br />to you. <br />e. Failure to comply with any "identity <br />information provision" in your <br />"privacy policy". <br />7. "Privacy policy" means any publicly <br />available written document that sets <br />forth your policies, standards, or <br />procedures for the collection, use and <br />disclosure of "identity information". <br />B. "Security breach notification law" means <br />any law or regulation that requires an <br />organization to notify persons that their <br />nonpublic personal information was or <br />may have been accessed or acquired <br />without their authorization. <br />9. "Your computer or communications <br />network" means any computer or <br />communications network that you: <br />a Rent, lease, license or borrow from <br />others; or <br />b.
