She had great communication With <br />maintenance, facilities and staff. This involvement at every level truly made the project feel <br />like a team effort. We also appreciated her dedication to timely project success. Despite <br />challenging site conditions and timelines, Evelyn made sure the site crew worked alternative <br />shifts and long hours to ensure the project was completed according to schedule while <br />minimizing disruptions to staff and students. <br />As an energy manager, I appreciated her practical approach to project solutions and clear <br />explanations to questions by District staff. Evelyn made the process easy and straightforward <br />for our District. As a result, our project completed on time and staff was extremely happy with <br />the results of the project. They felt the lighting made the campus feel welcoming and safe. <br />I am very pleased with the result of the projects thanks to Evelyn Garcia.
