Using AGIN software allows us to provide customers the confidence their spaces being retrofitted will have the proper light levels for the area served. The Key to Success — Communication At Clear Blue Energy, we maintain that success or failure ultimately comes down to one thing — communication. Communication is the only continuous action throughout the entire timespan of the project — from the first meeting to final sign off, it is the one task that remains constant throughout. At Clear Blue Energy, we are firm believers that if all aspects of the job are properly communicated and project expectations are clearly agreed upon, then project success is a foregone conclusion. Fulfillment Caoaciri Clear Blue Energy currently has 55 full time staff including 25 electricians and installers. We also have an in-house team of project developers and engineers that design and structure our projects. We currently have 7 project managers with over 85 years of combined experience in the lighting retrofit fields.
