AUTHORITY, a public entity ("OCTA"), and CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA ("Licensee"), upon and In consideration of the agreements, covenants, terms and <br />conditions below: <br />PART I. - BASIC LICENSE PROVISIONS <br />1. Description of License Property: A longitudinal portion of the OCTA railroad right of way near and <br />between Mile Post 173.80 and174.41 located along a portion of Lincoln Avenue, between Park <br />Lane and Santiago Creek in the City of Santa Ana, CA as shown on Exhibit "A" attached, <br />Approximate area: 14,952 t square feet <br />2. Use of License Property: A pedestrian Facility and associated appurtenances only, and no other <br />uses, and subject to all the terms, conditions and limitations as set forth in Part II of this <br />Agreement. <br />3. Commencement Date: Commencement Date: 5ur-v 2'J, 2020. <br />4.
