NOW, THEREFORE, I, Kristine Ridge, the Director of Emergency Services for the City of <br />Santa Ana, do hereby issue the following order to become effective immediately, subject to <br />further clarification by the City Council: <br />IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: <br />SECTION 2. All provisions of Section 2 of Executive Order dated March 19, 2020, <br />entitled "Temporary Moratorium on Evictions for Non -Payment of Rent by Residential <br />Tenants Impacted by the COVID-19 Crisis," as extended by Executive Order No. 4-2020 <br />dated May 28, 2020, and Executive Order No. 9-2020 dated June 30, 2020, shall remain in <br />effect until such time as Governor Newsom's Executive Order N-28-20 (as extended by N- <br />66-20 and N-71-20 or as further extended by Executive Order of the Governor) is repealed <br />or revoked. <br />SECTION 3. All provisions of Section 3 of Executive Order dated March 19, 2020, <br />entitled "Temporary Moratorium on Evictions for Non -Payment of Rent by Commercial <br />Tenants Impacted by the COVID-19 Crisis," as extended by Executive Order No. 4 dated <br />May 28, 2020, and Executive Order No. 9 dated June 30, 2020, shall remain in effect until <br />such time as Governor Newsom's Executive Order N-28-20 (as extended by N-66-20 and N- <br />71-20 or as further extended by Executive Order of the Governor) is repealed or revoked. <br />SECTION 4. This Order shall become effective immediately. <br />SECTION 5.
