The following notice <br />is being provided so that you can ask <br />questions, make comments and stay <br />informed about projects that might be <br />important to you. We encourage you to <br />contact us prior to the Public Hearing if <br />you have any questions. <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN - The City <br />Council will hold a Public Hearing to <br />receive public testimony, and will take <br />action on the item described below. <br />Decision on this matter will be final. At its <br />regular meeting on March 17, 2020, and <br />after conducting a public hearing on the <br />item, the City Council continued the below <br />matter to allow the applicant the ability to <br />perform additional community outreach. <br />Project Location 7-Eleven <br />Convenience Store and Service Station <br />located at 813 North Euclid Street in the <br />Community Commercial (C-1) zone <br />Protect Applicant:Adan Madrid with ASI <br />Development, representing 7-Eleven, Inc. <br />Proposed Project/Action: The Applicant <br />is requesting approval of Conditional Use <br />Permit No. 2019-21 to allow the <br />convenience store and service station to <br />operate 24-hours per day, seven days per <br />week. <br />Environmental Impact:ln accordance <br />with the California Environmental Quality <br />Act (CEQA), the City Council has <br />reviewed and approved Mitigated <br />Negative Declaration (MND) No. 2018-28 <br />and the Mitigation Monitoring and <br />Reporting Program (MMRP), which was <br />prepared for the project in order to <br />analyze the potential impacts of the <br />project and develop measures to mitigate <br />the environmental effects, if any. <br />Meeting Time and Date — This matter will <br />be heard on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at <br />5:45 p.m. or thereafter, in the City Council <br />Chamber, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa <br />Ana, California 92701.
