No profiles generated under this award may be entered or uploaded into mty non- <br />governmental DNA database without prior express written approved from B.A. Award funds may not be used for the <br />purchase of DNA equipment and supplies unless the resulting DNA profiles may be accepted Fur entry into COD IS. <br />44. Bodv armor- compliance with NU standards and other requirements <br />Ballistic -resistant and stab -resistant body armor purchased with award funds maybe purchased at any threat level. <br />make or model. In addition, ballistic. <br />resistant and stab -resistant body armor purchased must be made in the United States and must be uniquely fitted as set <br />forth in 34 U.S.C. 10202_(c)(1)(A).
