These finds are for the project entitled BJA F'Y 20 Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Funding Program.
The awarci document, including award conditions, is enclosed. Also, the w6page entitled "Legal Notices: Special ch eumsamcos as to particular award
conditions" (ojp,-,Ovlfti"din&fFxplorc/Lega[Notices-A.Nvarc[Ratlts.Iiiiii) is to be consulted prior to an acceptance. Through that
"Legal Notices" webpage, OJP sets out -- by funding Opportunity -- certain special circumstances that may or will affect the
applicability of one or more award requirements, Any such legal notice pertaining to award requirements that is posted
through that webpage is incorporated by reference into the award,
Please note that awn rd requirements include not only award conditions, but also compliance with assurances. and certiticntions
that relate, to conduct during the period of performance for the award. Because these requirements encompass financial,
administrative, and programmatic matters, as well as other important matters (e,g., specific restrictions on use of funds), it is
vital that all key staff' know the award requirements, and receive the award conditions and the assurances and certifications, as
well as the application as approved by OJP. (Information on all pertinent award requirements also must be provided to any
subreciphaa ofthe award.)
Should City of Santa Ana accept the award and then fail to comply with an award requirement, 00J will pursue appropriate
remedies for nun -compliance, which may include tcmrination of the awnrd and/or a requirement to repay award fads.
Please direct questions regarding this award as follows:
- For program questions, contact Linda Hill-Finaklin, Pro rrmn Manager at (202) 314-071.2; and
- For financial questions, contact the Customer Service Center ofOJP's Office of the Cinef'Finaneial Officer at
(800) 45M786, or at ask.ocfo@tscioj.gov.
We took forward to working with you.
Sincerely;
( 1
Katharine T.
