The recipient's breach procedures must include a requirement to report actual or imminent breach of <br />P11 to an OR Program Manager no later than 24 hours after an occurrence of an actual breach, or the detection of an <br />imminent breach. <br />11. All subawards ("subgrants") must have specific federal authorization <br />The recipient, and any subrecipient C" ub2rantec") at any tier, must comply with all applicable requirements for <br />authorization of any subaward.
