Eligible Expenses of CARES Act Grant: <br />Residents may use the funding on the following eligible utilities: <br />• City of Santa Ana Municipal Utility Services (MUS) Billing Statement (water, sewer, <br />refuse and sanitation) <br />• Electricity (Southern California Edison - SCE) <br />• Natural Gas (Southern California Gas Company - SoCalGas / SCG) <br />• Phone Service (Landline, VOIP, Cellular Phone, Smartphone) <br />• Internet Access (DSL, Cable, Satellite, Smartphone) <br />V. Disbursement of Funds: <br />Residents will receive the approved funding in one disbursement. <br />VI. First Come First Serve Basis: <br />Applications will be reviewed and approved on a first come first serve basis. <br />VII.
