After evaluation, two of the three bids <br />received were determined to be responsive. The results are as follows: <br />Vendor Location Amount <br />Lenco Industries Inc. Newmarket, Ontario $353,652.88 <br />The bid deemed non -responsive did not provide proof of required ballistic and gas pressure <br />certifications. The bid received from Terradyne Armored Vehicles Inc., was the lowest, responsive <br />to specifications, and meets the City's requirements. <br />Outreach Efforts <br />The Purchasing Division advertised this project on the City's online bid management and <br />publication system, which directly notified nineteen Santa Ana vendors, none of which submitted a <br />bid packet for consideration. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds in the amount of $353,653 are available in the FY19 UASI Grant Program fund account (no. <br />12514407-66400-20420001182-3498).
