Projects subject to a <br />development agreement or an agreement to pay <br />a specific in -lieu fee will be required to comply <br />with the agreement as approved and will not be <br />modified by this proposed ordinance. <br />41-1904.1 <br />Inclusionary Housing <br />Issue: This section is proposed to eliminate the <br />Development <br />"double" density bonus concession available for <br />Incentives: <br />developers as part of the production of <br />Modifies the incentives <br />affordable units while incentivizing <br />provided to developers for <br />developments of for -sale units.
