The Bowery Mixed -Use Proied CEQA Findinqs of Fad <br />finds that these mitigation measures are fully enforceable conditions on the Project and shall <br />be binding upon the City and affected parties. <br />• The City of Santa Ana finds that the Project is in the public interest and is necessary for the <br />public health, safety, and welfare. <br />• The City of Santa Ana hereby certifies the Final EIR in accordance with the requirements of <br />CEQA. <br />• Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15095, staff is directed as follows: a) copy of the <br />Final EIR and CEQA Findings of Fact shall be retained in the Project files; b) copy of the <br />Final EIR and CEQA Findings of Fact shall be provided to the Project applicant who is <br />responsible for providing copy of same to all CEQA "responsible" agencies. <br />City of Santa Ana 4 <br />May 2020 75C-422 <br />
