FEW 19 JORT"II <br />Sunshine Ordinance Community Meeting The Bowery Project <br />I, Jeremy Ogulnick, declare as follows: <br />1. This declaration is made on behalf of RHW Holdings, LLC pursuant to Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code section 2-153 ("Section 2-153"). I have personal knowledge of the <br />fact set forth below, and am able to competently testify thereto. <br />2. The community meeting required by Section 2-153 was held by RHW Holdings, <br />LLC in compliance with Section 2-153, on April 15, 2019, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. <br />3. Notice of the meeting was mailed to all property owners, and at least one <br />occupant per dwelling unit having a valid United States Postal Service address <br />within a 500 foot radius of the project site on April 5th, 2019. True and correct <br />copies of the mailing, as well as the notification list, are collectively attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A. <br />4. Notice of the meeting was posted on the project site on April 4th, 2019. True and <br />correct copies of the posted notices, are attached hereto as Exhibit B. <br />Notice of the meeting was published in the Orange County Register, a newspaper <br />of general circulation within the City of Santa Ana, on April 10, 2019. A true and <br />correct copies of the notice is attached hereto as Exhibit C. <br />6. Meeting minutes providing an accurate description and summary of the meeting <br />are attached hereto as Exhibit D. <br />7. The meeting was conducted in an open house format, but began with opening <br />remarks from Jeremy Ogulnick (Developer) and Ali Pezeshkpour (City Staff). <br />Dinh Lee and RC Alley from Architects Orange (Architect) did a presentation of <br />the elevations, site plan and unit mix. It was then opened up to questions that <br />were answered by the Developer, Architect or City Staff. <br />8.
