Sec. 2-304. - Participation in real estate incentive programs. <br />(a) No member of a board or commission, city officer or employee, who in the course <br />of his or her duties is required to participate in the formulation of policies for, or <br />implementation of, any city -sponsored real estate incentive program, shall be <br />eligible to participate in, or directly or indirectly receive any benefits therefrom, <br />except as set forth in subsection (c) hereof. <br />(b) City -sponsored real estate incentive program, for purposes of this section, shall <br />have the same meaning as set forth in section 2-109 of this chapter, as it exists now <br />or as amended in the future. <br />(c) The prohibitions set forth in this section shall be inapplicable where they are in <br />conflict with state or federal law. <br />Secs. 2-305-2-32449. - Reserved. <br />2ess-2-31TC2-329. Rescwed. <br />DIVISION 2. -APPOINTIVE BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br />Sec. 2-325. - Compensation for members of boards, commissions. <br />1. The members of the following boards and commissions of the city shall receive the <br />compensation as set forth herein: <br />(a) Community 4:& Development and Housing gGommsssion. Fifty dollars <br />($50.00) per meeting, three (3) meetings maximum per month, plus twenty <br />dollars ($20.00) per month automobile allowance. <br />(b) Personnel Bboard. Fifty dollars ($50.00) per meeting. <br />(c) Planning Coommsssion. Fifty dollars ($50.00) per meeting, three (3) meetings <br />maximum per month, plus fifty dollars ($50.00) per month automobile <br />allowance. <br />(d) Historic Rfesources Coommission. Fifty dollars ($50.00) per meeting, two (2) <br />meetings maximum per month. <br />(e) Parks, Recreation and Community Services <br />Commission.
