DIVISION 7-4. —YOUTH COMMISSION <br />Sec. 2-450. - Commission established; composition. <br />There is hereby created and established a youth commission for the City of Santa Ana, <br />having such powers as set forth in this division. No <br />member of the commission shall hold any paid office or be employed in the City <br />government. <br />Sec. 2-451. - Requirements of membership. <br />Each member of the youth commission shall be a student enrolled and attending school <br />in 7th through 12th grades, as well as a resident of the City of Santa Ana.
