Exclusive Agreement: This is the entire Agreement between the State Library and the <br />Grantee. <br />14. Severability: If any part of this Agreement is held unenforceable, the remainder of the <br />Agreement will remain in full force and effect. <br />15. Applicable Law: The laws of the State of California govern this Agreement. <br />16. Notices: All notices and other communications in connection with this Agreement shall be in <br />writing, and shall be considered delivered as follows: <br />a. When delivered personally to the recipient's address as stated in this Agreement; <br />b. Three days after being deposited in the U.S. Mail, postage prepaid addressed to <br />recipient's address as stated in this Agreement <br />c. When sent by Fax or e-mail to the last Fax or e-mail address of the recipient known to <br />the party giving notice. Notice is effective upon receipt. <br />20A-9 <br />
