APPENDIX D <br />TRAFFIC IMPACT ANALYSIS <br />SITE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS <br />• Trip generation forecast including existing and cumulative projects. <br />• Trip distribution forecast and trip assignment customized to accommodate the nature of project <br />and cumulative project traffic. <br />• Capacity analysis at the following intersections during both the morning (am) and evening <br />(pm) peak periods. The City of Santa Ana utilizes the following values in calculating <br />Intersection Capacity Utilizations (ICU's): 1600 vphpl for turning lanes, 1700 vphpl for <br />through lanes, 5%clearance intervals.
