RESOLUTION NO. 2015-026 TO EFFECT CERTAIN CHANGES TO THE <br />CITY'S BASIC CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION PLAN. <br />3. Adopt the City of Santa Ana FY 2020-21 to FY 2024-25 Strategic Plan. <br />4. Adopt the Seven -Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) beginning FY20- <br />21 through FY26-27, as required by the Orange County Transportation <br />Authority (OCTA) for Measure M2 eligibility. <br />Public hearing on the budget was opened and closed at the Regular meeting of June 16, <br />2020. <br />Council Discussion ensued and direction provided to city staff. <br />Councilmember Solorio clarified motion to approve to approve amended actions <br />captured by City Manager Kristine Ridge the direction pointes of each department and <br />that staff return with their best effort at accommodating those recommendations from <br />the Council with staff report and/or presentation for the July 7, 2020 Council meeting <br />with non -substantial changes. <br />Motion to Adopt as amended <br />75A-1 <br />1. Approve a $22,612,766 pre -payment for the City's annual Unfunded Actuarial Liability to <br />California Public Employees Retirement System (CaIPERS) — Miscellaneous Plan for Fiscal <br />Year 2020-21, to save $778,061. <br />2.
