Adopt a resolution. RESOLUTION NO. 2020-054 entitled: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING THE MITIGATED NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION AND MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM FOR <br />THE FAIRVIEW BRIDGE REPLACEMENT AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS (9TH STREET <br />TO 16TH STREET) PROJECT <br />2. Approve the Fairview Bridge Replacement and Street Improvements from 9th Street to 16th <br />Street Project. <br />3. Incorporate protected bike lanes on both the North and South side of the bridge. <br />4.
