The Housing Opportunity Ordinance needs to remain intact; this ordinance incentivizes <br />developers to create affordable housing in the midst of California's housing crisis. Now more than ever, Santa <br />Ana needs affordable housing and regulations that do just that. Developers can in fact afford in -lieu fees and <br />have admitted this in previous council meetings. This ordinance was put in place for valid reasons, and to honor <br />the work that was put into this, keep it in place. <br />Thank you, <br />Maria <br />
