This property has been vacant and unused for <br />over thirty years in a prime downtown location and there have been many false starts on its adaptive re-use. I ask you to <br />allow this project to move forward now, to create jobs during its construction and long term jobs when it is finished. <br />With the fast approaching OC Streetcar completion, our Downtown area needs more highlights to draw visitors into our <br />great city.
