I write to you as a former Chair of the Community Redevelopment <br />and Housing Commission. I am in complete opposition to the proposed amendments to <br />reduce the in lieu fee in the Housing Opportunity Ordinance. Please review the Housing <br />Division Quarterly Reports I have attached. The Community Redevelopment and Housing <br />Commission received these on a quarterly basis. <br />I send these to you as I know they are not provided to you on a quarterly basis. These reports <br />provide important information on the Inclusionary Housing Fund and the housing programs it <br />funds.
